Monthly mindfulness
Mindfulness Monthly is a package for guided online mindfulness practice, they are conducted in your time and with convenience, one vez per week, with feedback and activities. The service must be agreed between the parties in advance (days and times). Please check dates and times before making payment.
For anxiety, stress or relaxation, self-awareness, self-awareness and developing mindfulness.
It is presented the tools of Mindfulness, its importance for stress, anxiety and self-perception and conduction of practices with activities at the end and opening for questions and answers.
Duration of each practice: 50 minutes. Package of 4 sessions, with discount.
When purchasing the service, a contract will be sent containing the period of the service, payment method made e data from both parties.
